Our team consists of Alexis Pavlantos and Johnny Renieris, and we are expanding! Our store is a distinctive blend of a retail fine jewelry store at the front and a metalsmith shop at the back. As a customer service representative, you would be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the shop, displaying our unique collection of work by more than 30 artists, and assisting customers with their purchases. Additionally, you will need to liaise with Alexis and Johnny regarding repairs and custom orders.

Job Summary:

 We are seeking a candidate with a strong retail sales background and knowledge of fine jewelry.

 The perfect candidate for this job must have prior experience in retail or customer service. Experience in fine jewelry and galleries is also an added advantage. This job demands a high level of attention to detail, exceptional communication, and customer service skills. Although it's a sales position, it requires a unique set of skills that includes one-on-one customer service as well as in-depth knowledge of fine jewelry. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to work effectively in a close-knit workplace, work independently, and as part of a team, and be a self-starter. This in-store position offers a starting pay of $15 per hour in addition to sales floor commission.


-Able to work 20+ hours a week on agreed-upon days

-Experience with Shopify POS System or the ability to learn technology quickly

Additional Skills to mention:

-Photography experience, ability to work with DSLR camera 

-Photoshop or Canva experience 

-Social Media experience (especially Instagram) 

-Jewelry fabrication skills or knowledge 

-Knowledge of artist carried at the shop


Day to day duties:

  • Taking care of customers
  • Social media management/Creating content
  • Keeping the front end presentable (Sweeping and mopping, Watering plants and Cleaning cases )
  • Be able to receive repairs and custom jobs 
  • Communicate with customers when repairs or custom jobs are ready 
  • Setting up and breaking down cases
  • Inventorying product
  • Receiving packages and entering them into the system
