Apricot Conch Mushroom with Diamond

We are obsessed with Maura's hand-carved mushroom charm. Carved from a Conch Shell with an Abalone underside, and then hand set with a 14K yellow gold bale and 2mm round diamond. This piece is a trip and we can't get over it!
