We are obsessed with Maura's hand-carved mushroom charm. Carved from three different stones (Top is Blue Mabe Pearl, Stem is White Mother of Pearl, Underside is Abalone), and then hand set with 14K yellow gold bale. This piece is a trip and we can't get over it!
